Configure options changed in 5.13 branch, may be intentional but should be checked, Windows10 x86 and x64:

'Using C++ standard' changed from 'C+11' -> 'C+1z'

'AVX512' changed from 'F ER CD PF DQ BW VBMI' -> 'F ER CD PF DQ BW VL IFMA VBMI'
