Install Account Plugin, malfunction in current version

    Description

      Current version of the account plugin has an misfunctioning settings page: https://codereview-test.qt-project.org/plugins/account/static/account.html

      A java script library was missing (angular is not defined)

      It needs to checked if this was already fixed upstream, if not created bug report or fix proposal.

      Currently the account plugin is not installed in production
