    Description

      Trying to move a commit with the comment:

      bot: move to 5.13

      doesn't work anymore. The bot adds a comment about the move, but it doesn't happen. E.g. here: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt-apps/neptune3-ui/+/262352
