Can't merge qtbase/dev to qtbase/wip/cmake

I pushed a commit that does a merge from qtbase/dev to qtbase/wip/cmake.
It's +2'ed, but when I press the submit button I get:

Could not perform action: Failed to submit 1 change due to the following problems:
Change 263343: Depends on change that was not submitted.
Commit 1f761658908677ad6df037a5c61a55a3a0f9a811 depends on commit ec6dc5f78453048c4f0604655a34c6c20c79d819 of change 262482 which cannot be merged.

But if you look up ec6dc5f78453048c4f0604655a34c6c20c79d819 in gerrit, it's actually already merged.

I was told it's a wip/cmake blocker, so setting priority to P0.
