Gerrit's User Settings no longer let me add new notifications

      I went to the Notifications section of my User Settings and filled in a new entry for qt/qtbase to watch 

      file:^tests/.*/qdate.* OR file:^tests/.*/qtime/.* OR file:^tests/.*/qtimezone/.*

      but, when I click the Add button, nothing happens. There is no visible error saying I've got it wrong, there is no new row in the Notifications tables. Nothing happens.
