502 Error on accessing the web UI

    Description

      I opened a link (received in a notification mail last month) to
      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/meta/quips/+/262502
      and the page loaded, but I promptly got a modal error dialog saying

      Error 502 (Proxy Error): <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

Endpoint: /changes/*~*/suggest_reviewers

      with a Dismiss button on it. Once I'd dismissed that, everything seemed to work fine.
