gerrit upgrade removed "my deferred changes" menu entry

while the "CHANGES" menu contains an entry "Deferred", the "YOUR" menu does not. this is a regression to the previous gerrit version.

this is certainly related to the fact that various other entries (like "Abandoned") were also removed by upstream - the user can configure it themselves under Settings -> Menu. however, this seriously impairs discoverability, which was the main motivation behind introducing the new state in the first place. therefore, our patched gerrit should populate the default menu with a corresponding query. a migration path for existing accounts also needs to be devised.
