      I would like to request a new repository under qt5 umbrella. The repository is only for infrastructure purposes and would not have any real code. It is required for storing common build instructions and maybe in future provisioning scripts and platform definitions, long term partially replacing qt5/coin folder.

      I can not re-use qtqa as for some, unknown for me, reason it depends on qtbase while the new repository can not have any dependencies.

      It aligns with "Qt modules, API changes and Qt 6" idea (https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2019-January/035022.html)
