Include tests plugins code when tests are included in coverage

    Description

      At the moment including the test code in the coverage analysis does not include the code of the plugins.

      When the tests code is included, we should check for all the csmes generated under a test tree, merge them and use the resulting database for checking the code coverage of the test.

      Could be done in testcocoon.pm
