    Description

      These tests need's to be fixed before we can use packaging flag for MSVC-2019:

       

      QTBUG-77312 tst_QPainterPath::contains_QPointF fails with msvc-2019

      QTBUG-77239 tst_Collections::insert_remove_loop fails with MSVC2019

      QTBUG-77119 Painter is messing up the text and rounded rectangle drawing (MSVC2019/release)

      QTBUG-75276 Quickcontrols extras test fails with MSVC 2019 Windows 10 x64
