Move one WebAssembly build to default.txt

    Description

      As discussed in the comments of QTBUG-77759, since WebAssembly has a lot of features disabled, some build errors related to missing checks for features will not be found until it is tested, which is currently not before qt5.git integration.

      To avoid regularly having the issue at qt5.git integration time and not knowing who to contact, we should have at least one WebAssembly build as part of the regular CI. Lets pick the one on Linux host system.
