    Description

      This would solve problems in coin, whose binds to qt are being loosened, and implementing this there would mean heavily depending on the qt again. Those issues are currently blocking some tasks of https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/COIN-284. Running license check against committed files instead of creating an integration for one would be much cheaper.
