    Description

      This `bic' autotest does not appear to be valid from Qt4 -> Qt5. At least it is missing testdata, and it doesn't find all the modules in qtbase.

      Will mark it as insignificant. This bug is Resolved once the test is verified to be correct and re-enabled.
