Create links from Coin's build status page to the Grafana dashboards for hypervisor hosts and VMs

The links should open the grafana dashboard directly to the relevant timeframe of the build. On the build status page:

http://coin.intra.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qtbase/tasks/web_qt_qtbase_1568976131556

there should be a new column "monitoring" next to "logs", with two links, one for VM metrics, one for host metrics, for each line on the array. For example, the two links would be:

  • Where var-server is the agent-ID and from and to are the beginning and end timestamps.
• https://qtmetrics.intra.qt.io/d/nOAsINNZz/jimis-telegraf-hosts?orgId=1&from=1568931506594&to=1568933658300&var-server=ace-fawn

Notice how the timestamps are the same as in the two links. One takes you to the VM monitoring data, the other takes you to the hypervisor host's monitoring data (which soon will be annotated).
