qt_submodule_update_bot is lacking permissions to create changes in qttranslations

    Description

      As part of introducing the dependencies.yaml files in the dev branch of qt5 (6) modules using the same bot account that's also used for qt5.git updates, I ran into the following error when attempting to push a change:
