RHEL 6.6 is not provisioned/tested in 5.13

      I was recently notified by the packaging team that a patch of mine in the provisioning scripts (merged in 5.13) had broken RHEL 6.6, and they are still using it, together with our provisioning scripts, and that it is also used by the QtCreator team.

      In qt5 5.13, the RHEL-6.6 platform exists, but is never provisioned tested, so a bug made it through Coin.

      We should re-enable that platform, or completely remove the scripts.
