Move CI-Master aka vmbuilder to the Compellent

      The SSDs it's using locally are getting filled up and the only place with enough storage is the Compellent. Latency is not an issue, as benchmarks show the Compellent actually works better under load compared to 8 local SSDs.

      As a bonus, we can migrate Coin out of a customized host to any other host, having redundancy available for it.
