Missing link for an integration with test crash in some cases

Grafana filter says that there is one crash in last 3 month on Windows 10 x64 for qtwebengine. But failure details tab misses any link to integration for this. On 11/10/19 there were only these integrations: 1, 2 and 3 and none off them built webengine for win10 x64 because toolchain is not yet updated. So builds were skipped:
