Talk to CI team if example builds could be added to CI

Now seems that all/most of the integration builds in COIN have -nomake examples set, so the examples are not build.

RTA test builds all the examples and often finds broken examples, to be discussed with CI team if example build could be taken in integration runs, maybe not blocking but build in some sequence and inform development about broken examples.
