Refactor log location on files02

TestRail has link to multiple log files stored in ci-files02.

Create a way to clean logs when the test plan in TestRail is deleted. Deletetion should start from TestRail (we need only to store the last test plan for alpha, beta, RC and final release), if test plan is deleted from TestRail also the logs it refers should be deleted.

Also make sure the full Jenkins log is accessible. Now the link goes to qt-rta.intra.qt.io and opened via Squish plugin. That link should be left there (because it's usable for active test plans) but the full console output could be saved also to ci-files02 with the other diff files.
