excess emails on integration success

when a change is successfully integrated, this results in two mails, which is a bit excessive:

"Qt Continuous Integration System has approved a build with this change and it was merged."

and

"Qt Continuous Integration System has posted comments on this change. [...] No regressions!"

the first mail is apparently new and makes no sense from a user perspective.
