Make build results and logs of CMake Coin instance publicly accessible

We sometimes have contributors that push patches to the wip/cmake branch, but the current CMake Coin bot posts links to internal URLs which are not visible for contributors outside of the Qt Company network.

It would be helpful to provide a way for these contributors to see the build results and logs, so that they don't have to wait for someone with access to pastebin the results for them.
