    Description

RTA runs a test from production server (Amazon), installations are failing due network problems. These happen very randomly, and in a different state of the installation but the common factor seems to be that internet connection has dropped for some reason.

For example today I ran test (started around 9.30), it had 8 mac and linux machines and 12 windows machines. All downloading content from Amazon. All linux and mac machines were able to download content and run the test, but 8 of the 12 windows machines had network issues.

When doing re-run, 5 was still failing.

Seems that Win10 x64 machines are the ones that fail, we have win7 x86 and win10 x86 that were able to install on the first time, might be coincidence (or not..?).

Installations succeed eventually after many re-runs, so it's not the content that is broken, but network that keeps dropping.

No similar issues found when installing from our internal servers (staging).

I has not always been like this, last release that we tested, 5.12.7 had same issues, but as far as I remember releases before that did not suffer from this.
