Add test for command 'install'

Start installer with

installer.exe install <package.name>,<package.name> --root <install_folder>

Check that "Components installed successfully" is displayed and relevant packages with dependencies are installed. Following information is displayed depending on what is installed:

Selected components without dependencies:

<package.name>

Components that have resolved dependencies:

<package.name>

Components added as automatic dependencies:

<package.name>

Components added as dependency for <package.name>

<package.name>
