Add test for command 'purge'

      Command 'purge' will delete the whole installation. Same as in GUI 'Remove All Components'.

      Usage: <maintenancetool.exe> purge

      Make sure the whole installation folder is deleted. Notice that in Windows if you call this command in the same folder where the maintenancetool exists, the folder cannot be deleted as it is in use.
