Add test for command 'remove'

      Command 'remove' will uninstall the selected packages, all its child packages, packages that depend on the removable package and packages that are installed as autodependent to the removable component.

      Usage: <maintenancetool.exe> remove A

      Following will be printed to log:

      "Components uninstalled successfully"

      Make sure only the selected packages and packages related to it will be removed.
