We are going to need node.js to build qtwebengine. We disabled some chromium sources to build without, but it turns out to be crippling devtools, see QTBUG-83729 and the fix https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtwebengine-chromium/+/298887.

The alternative to installing node.js on the machines is to include the binaries in the sources, but they are 30-40Mbytes each violating the size limitations.
