codereview urls not being complained about

    Description

      the sanity bot's global git config file contains a regexp which is supposed to match codereview and bugreports urls, so it will complain about them as explained on the wiki.
      however, https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qbs/qbs/+/300126 clearly shows that this is currently not happening. please fix the regexp.
