Update QEMU version for embedded linux CI builds

    Description

      The current version of QEMU used on Boot2Qt platforms in CI is a bit old and needs to be updated to a newer version.
      The old version also caused unwanted logs bloating the tests output (suppressed in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/271013).
