gerrit should not send the same comment multiple times

      I've been using gerrit web interface from safari on ipad and by mistake pressed "publish comments" button multiple times (http://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,8204) - because there is not feedback when pressing that button - it looks like I clicked outside of a button or there is no network coverage or something.
