Update OpenNebula's deploy script to accommodate VirtIO images

    Description

      The deploy script has to figure out when the suffix of the image is greater or equal to 50 so that it launches images as VirtIO images.

      The image's DEV_PREFIX needs to be "sd" in case of Windows and "vd" in the rest of them.

      Also Windows needs a template feature "FEATURES=[VIRTIO_SCSI_QUEUES="1"], but it seems like it does no harm in having it enabled always, even when it's not needed, making the script a bit easier to code. Just enable it always.
