Integration replicator corrupts storage paths of the replicated content

      src/thrift_tool.py copy-task --sources --allow-run-as-vmbuilder -s <tqtc-installer-framework tas> <dest_dir>

      This command will produce:
      <dest_dir>/installer-framework/tqtc-installer-framework
      <dest_dir>/ller-framework/tqtc-installer-framework
       
      These are different from the original storage directory layout:
       
      installer-framework/installer-framework
      installer-framework/tqtc-installer-framework
       
      This will break the auto-exports at real-bug machine.
