      Request for fast forward merge from yocto/meta-qt5 (5.15) ->  yocto/meta-qt5 (dev).

      Let's get meta-qt5 dev branch up to date with 5.15 so we can update qt6 snapshot there at some point & do branching for yocto dunfell support in CI
