Pushing to a topic branch is not atomic

    Description

      Broken connection (or whatever the fatal error was) creates zombie-patches, you can not abandon them without abandoning topic branch. It would not be a big problem but these patches are staged together with others without any warning (the zombie patches are not listed in a change set).
