    Description

      The submodule update bot plugin to Cherry-pick bot needs to be smarter about who to add for an update which has failed to integrate.

       

      One idea is to scrape https://wiki.qt.io/Maintainers

      Another would be to move the mainter data into codereview so it's more maintainable. This would probably be accompanied by a QUIP to describe the handover process when a maintainer steps down.
