RTA configurations support for QSR 1.2

      The Qt Safe Renderer release 1.2 has the following need for the RTA configurations:

      1) Add the following hosts

      2) Qt versions to be used when running the tests:

      Qt versions to be tested in the TestRail with QSR 1.2

      Mandatory: Qt 5.12.9 + Qt 5.15.1
      Optional:
      Qt 5.15.0, Qt 5.12.x (0-8, 10), Qt 5.14.2
