Add RTA for new MP items

    Description

      We will have few items in MP available for opensource users:

      • QtPDF
      • QtMQTT
      • QtKNX

      Later there will be also treeview and calendar at least

      We need to test:

      1. Any of those aren't available in opensource installation without having proper license for it
      2. When user has a license he can see the component in installer UI and install it
      3. QtMP license agreement will be updated in users installation after installing MP item
