Document what it takes to build Qt from sources on different platforms

We should document what it's the minimal set of libraries which are required to build Qt from sources on different platforms. Provisioning scripts for these needs to be marked somehow under the Qt5's provisioning folder. E.g. move them under different folder (mandatory) and other ones under (optional).

Scripts should be in form which is easy to read and which can be easily extracted to documentation format
