Cannot access to gerrit

Hello. I tried connected to gerrit for Change-Id, but cannot accessible to gerrit.

Created and plased new ssh. Configured ssh according to the template, but i have alwayse error: Bad owner or permissions on <path to my config file>

After added .netrc file - nothing has changed. I think maybe i incorrect enter user name in ssh config. Tried <username>, "<username>", gerrit:<username> - nothing.

Last my contribute in 2019.

On codereview -> User Setting -> Identities: I have email and identity, but field status is empty. Maybe here problem?
