Wayland dependencies missing from openSUSE and SLES

    Description

      qtwayland doesn't appear to be compiled on openSUSE or SLES due to missing dependencies, the 3rd party tools and wayland-scanner tool.

      At least RTA would need those to test source build as in Ubuntu and RHEL.
