Wrong path to MCUXpresso on win-msvc2019-Windows10-x64-5.15-master

      While doing RTA tests on win-msvc2019-Windows10-x64-5.15-master provisioning i'm missing correct path to NXP MCUXpresso. Current path is:

      C:\nxp

      and correct one should point to MCUXpresso folder and look like this (it stored in windows PATH) 
      Note: version of MCUXpresso IDE might be different on provision so please check correct path

      C:\nxp\MCUXpressoIDE_11.1.1_3241\
