Description
Currently, the emulator for Android tests is facing few issues causing it to freeze and become unresponsive and unusable. We could add configuration script for COIN to monitor it using adb, and restart it if it fails/freezes, and do this few times like 5 retries.
The script will be executed by the current yaml configuration that is responsible for launching the emulator.
