Setup license for IAR Compiler on Windows10 Coin machines

      For QtForMcu program we need to have floating license installed with IAR compiler. Iar compiler was installed in separate task and now we need to setup right server license.

      In order to do that we need run following exe with params from this location:

      <IAR_installation_path>\common\bin

      This is exe for setuping license via CLI:

      LightLicenseManager.exe setup -v -s qt-srv-19.intra.qt.io

      And this is expected output when license is deployed successfully:

      Running LightLicenseManager for server: qt-srv-19.intra.qt.io, and for all licensed products, with flags: deploy verbose
server name: qt-srv-19.intra.qt.io : QT-SRV-19
