Qcow backing tool should mark images as protected in opennebula

    Description

      As images are backed up after release, also create an attribute in OpenNebula marking the image in question as being used by the release. This will protect them from garbage collection.

      The branch info should be appended to an array, in case multiple releases use the same image.
