Add a physical setup to test QDB connection

Preconditions:

Device Creation target installation successful (with either emulator or any HW target/toolchain installed). HW flashed, powered up & connected via USB.

1. Select <device> in Device list: Select Tools → Options... → Devices → Device:<device>
2. Check "Current state" field in the Devices tab: Status: green dot status indicator with "Ready to use" status
3. Select "Reboot Device" in the Device tab: Connection state changes: "disconnected" → → → "Ready to use"

Or else study if it would be possible to test QDB in the current automated setup.
