      Thanks to Eddy debugging, from this test run, we ended up at:

      testForwardingHelper/testForwardingHelper: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.60: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      This program didn't need to link to QtCore and thus didn't need ICU (see QTBUG-91676 for that), but there's a CI misconfiguration somewhere. Please make sure that the library in question is properly installed.
