Rename squish_suite_name to section_name and squish_test_name to case_name

    Description

      At the moment, squish suite_xx is the section in TestRail, and Squish tst_xx is the case in TestRail. Rename in RTA code (testrail_rta.py) that variables/functions that handle TestRail sections are called sections and cases are cases.
