Set up nightly integration pass-rate calculation and write results to influxDB

Develop a script to collect daily statistics on the following metrics:

Per repo, and for qt/qt5 submodules collected:

Integrations pass count
Integrations fail count
Highest restage count
Average restage count
Count of integrations cancelled due to parallel staging conflicts

For submodule updates:

Submodule update count
Submodule update count integrated without restaging
Percentage of updates requiring restage
