Random network issues on virtual machines

Recently during last 2-3 weeks RTA tests have been stuck on virtual machines when trying to connect to login.qt.io. Installer UI is stuck forever if the 'Next' button is not manually clicked.

Happens only in the phase when installer logs in to the login.qt.io, when it passes that phase and starts the actual download, there has not been any network issues.

Random, happens in all platforms and branches. For example if around 100 RTA test jobs are launched, about 10 gets stucked.

This will prevent getting RTA test results and also reserves vm's for 8 hours for no reason.
