Document a check list about how to check booting problems etc. on the hardware-controller DC RTA machine

Describe the most common problems on the centos hardware-controller machine and document the steps how to try solving those. Also how to read serial output, how to check the running devices, how to start/stop the devices via switchlogic script etc.
